Business and shipping days here at Triumph of Seattle are Tuesday-Friday 10AM-6PM (PST) and Saturday 10AM-5PM (PST).
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of payment unless otherwise stated. Some items may require an extended handling time so please be sure to check the handling time and delivery estimate shown in the "Shipping & Payments" tab above prior to placing your order.
All orders will ship with verifiable tracking information provided upon shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Triumph of Seattle you may return your order for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned item(s) must be in unopened, unused, unworn condition and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incomplete. Please ship the item(s) back in their original packaging with your Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #). Please contact us directly to begin the return process and receive your RMA #. All refunds are processed to original payment method.
