Vintage Rare Ice Fishing Tip Up

I have a NOS rare vintage ice fishing tip up. I know nothing of this item, got it at a estate sale
Its does have a stamp on it that I think says "Breeza Better"  I believe it to be
from the 1940's or 1950's. Does come with orginal box but is very brittle and shows
signs of deteriorating
