    Description

    This vintage train set from the now-shuttered five-and-dime store Woolworth is in its original box and has never been used.  The set includes four die-cast locomotive toys and 12 plastic trailer cars.  A colorful play mat is included.  The trains are in mint condition.  The box is in good condition with wear on the right front side and minimal wear on edges and back of the box.  I have tried to show these in the photos.  The Woolworth store originally opened in 1879, and closed its doors in 1997.  Made in China.
